Lisa discovered her fitness dream 3 years ago. Her belief is creating a gym community whereby you come together and share and inspire each others fitness goals.
Lisa is very passionate about women's health and well-being and providing a supportive family gym environment and looks forward to working with you in achieving your fitness goals together.
